What we do

The issue

Indigenous groups and regional organisations do not typically have the financial infrastructure needed to undertake business development, explore opportunities, interact with government, build projects and businesses or have access to capital to facilitate their initiatives.

How we help

We work closely with boards and leadership on strategic matters, corporate structures, and opportunities and provide the corporate experience and infrastructure. We then work with leadership to implement initiatives, raise capital for new projects, expansion or M&A. We also liaise with stakeholders including government, NAIF, advisors and debt and equity providers.

Things we do

  • Strategic advice to CEOs and Boards.
  • Feasibility analysis and business case development.
  • Active participation in business and development teams.
  • Regional development funding and capital raising.
  • Business and project M&A.

Natural Resources and Critical Minerals

Natural resources have always formed the foundation of human development—powering progress, enabling infrastructure, and fueling innovation. From the copper that wires our cities to the rare earth elements that make modern technology possible, these resources are indispensable in shaping our world. At Affinity Capital Group, we recognise that sustainable access to critical minerals is not just an economic imperative, but a vital component of global development and security.

As the world accelerates its transition to cleaner energy systems, the demand for critical minerals such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, and graphite is surging. These materials are the building blocks of electric vehicles, renewable energy technologies, and advanced battery storage—cornerstones of a low-carbon future.

Our commitment is to support projects and partners that responsibly develop our natural resources, ensuring they contribute not only to technological advancement, but also to environmental sustainability and long-term global prosperity.

Infrastructure and Sovereign Capability

Infrastructure is the backbone of our economy and society, driving prosperity and quality of life. It supports everything from daily commutes, powering our lives, communication to essential services like healthcare and education. Sovereign capability ensures that we can maintain this quality of life, even in the face of disruptions such as economic shocks, policy changes, natural disasters or pandemics. By strengthening our infrastructure and sovereign capabilities, we improve society today and safeguard our future against unforeseen challenges.

Food and Water Security

At the core of global stability and economic development lies secure and equitable access to food and water.

Enhancing agricultural efficiency and implementing sustainable water management practices are essential to supporting human wellbeing, protecting environmental systems, and driving long-term economic growth. It is also fundamental to efficient industrial development and operations.

By developing reliable and scalable solutions across these sectors, we can empower remote communities, strengthen key industries, and help ensure that humanity has access to the resources it needs to thrive.

We believe technological innovation—particularly in precision agriculture, water treatment and development, and resource monitoring—will be critical to doing more with less. These innovations are unlocking value, building resilience, and enabling sustainable progress across both developed and emerging regions.
