Douglas Cole

Douglas Cole brings years of experience in corporate advisory, special situations and restructuring, working across both listed and private company engagements.

He has been involved in numerous M&A transactions, strategic advisory and restructuring engagements spanning the resources, agriculture, manufacturing and private equity sectors, and has developed a particular focus on waste-to-energy projects and renewable infrastructure – areas central to Affinity’s growing infrastructure, advisory and sustainability practice. Douglas is drawn to the complexity and long-term impact of energy transition investments, and contributes to Affinity’s mandate to deliver considered, outcomes-driven advice to clients navigating transformational change.

Douglas holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Management from the University of Notre Dame Australia.
