Bio
Nicholas has over seven years of experience working in investment banking and equity capital markets. Nick has completed M&A, ECM and DCM transactions across multiple industries, with a focus on natural resources, renewables, and infrastructure sectors. Nick recently completed an acquisition for an ASX listed company with a concurrent equity and debt raising. Nick is integral to the capital raising of a multi billion dollar green ammonia project.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Business Law, a Master of Applied Finance, and is currently a Level 2 candidate for the CFA® Program.
